Tobi Babayemi is the Founder of Tech-Port Maritime Services LLC, a maritime cybersecurity advisory firm dedicated to helping vessel operators, tugboat companies, and maritime service providers manage cyber risks in an increasingly digital maritime environment.
He brings a unique interdisciplinary background that bridges maritime operations and modern cybersecurity practice. Currently based in the United States, he continues to advance initiatives aimed at strengthening cyber resilience in the maritime sector through risk assessments and practical monitoring solutions.
Computer Science

Maritime Navigation
Postgraduate Degree from the University of Lagos in Maritime Communication and Navigation. Expert in vessel operational systems and navigation infrastructure.

Tobi has built extensive experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) environments, responsible for monitoring and detecting cyber threats across enterprise networks. Utilizing advanced Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms, he specializes in analyzing security logs, investigating anomalous activities, and supporting incident response operations.
